Certainly good news from a legal point of view. One of the requirements in the Charter is that a limit on a right or freedom must be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society. Searching for a justification after the fact demonstrates pretty obviously that this was a policy in search of a justification.
Yeah this is or should be big. I sincerely hope all those who viciously discriminated against others for their medical choices are deeply ashamed.
