Yesterday, Germany’s Health Minister Karl Lauterbach tweeted a link to one of the most transparently idiotic pre-prints on masks that has ever been produced. In fact, the “study” is so bad, I want to assume that it is bait to humiliate whoever shares it. Otherwise, I wonder if the one professor listed in the six study authors approved this being posted to medrxiv… at least with his name attached.
It also included the pinnacle of mask science: the CDC’s hairdresser study! I’m semi-convinced the study is a hoax. Mask fanatic academics tend to be dishonest, not dense.
Don't overlook the fact that the study comes to the " right" conclusion -- which I guess was its purpose. I suspect it will soon be picked up by news media everywhere.
I still say our Green party governement member who wanted to build windmills without using metal or concrete, out in Kattegatt, to a height of 400 meters, takes the cake and runs away with it regarding stupidity in politicians.
Or her colleague from the communist party who wanted to fit propellers to cars so they could use the wind that blows when you drive to power the car's batteries.
But that's neither here nor there.
Look at Lauterbach's academic background. He definitively knows this is bogus, but he also knows he won't get called out by the german Lügenpresse since it's on his side.
13 studies kept out of 2730, 0.47%
That is slightly higher % compared to the covid death rate on the Diamond Princess, 9 out of 3711, 0.24%.
Both numbers are so ridiculously small, that any conclusions drawn from either event that attempts to change the entire world should be rejected.
I agree Germany’s Health Minister/propagandist Karl Lauterbach should resign, but for a many more reasons than just sharing this study!

where do they find these people ... it makes you wonder ...

You can be sure the talking heads of msm will soon be parroting the bullet points in unison.
