It is worse than this, because California has laws submitted that MANDATE whatever the CDC recommends for anyone who is employed in the state, and for children in public or private schools. If these laws pass, the CDC is effectively requiring adults to be vaccinated or move to another state, or for kids to be vaccinated or homeschooled.

Perfect for lawmakers. They get to act like they're doing something without taking any of the blame for the impending fallout

I'm planning for this law to pass and personally be foreced to leave the state of my birth, a bio-diaspora. The only reason my wife and I haven't left California is because of my elderly parents, they are starting to need help, and I couldn't in good conscience abandon them to fate.

I can't believe that any court would consider what is happening now actual "informed consent ", given that it is a known fact the FDA, CDC, and local and state health agencies are capturing but not releasing data. However, since the only thing that matters now is power in our post-law, post-truth, post-freedom society, I expect that the Supreme Court of California will find the proposed law constitutional and that the Federal Supreme Court will defer out of "state's rights" issues, bringing forward the collapse into regionional balkanization.

I hope Canada fights tyranny, because California isn't going to, the citizens here seem to enjoy it.

I'm sorry to hear of your circumstance. I am also debating leaving my province of birth, Ontario. It's a hard decision to make.

Canadians are full of vile vitriol and hate, I don't know if it's any different in California. Our battle here is already lost and we toss the baton to you, our neighbours to the south, who hopefully have more law behind them to protect their rights and liberties.

Fight, and fight hard, because the New World Order is all but implemented in North America and around the world.

Fellow Ontarian here and we are in a similar position of deciding whether we have to get out of here. It's heartbreaking and infuriating.

As David Cantor put it, experts often view the public as "an empty vessel of ignorance into which scientific and medical expertise [can] be poured." This model is the central thread of pandemic strategy.

I absolutely loved your above quote. Who could possibly ihave imagined there would be that many "empty vessels of ignorance."

"In other words, the logic dictates that providing people with the right information in order to make the “right” choices takes precedence over providing people with the full information in order to make the right choices for themselves."

This needs to be shouted from the rooftops!

Rarely have I ever read that sentiment expressed in so perfect a manner. Consider it copied, with credit.
