Apparently, the country will drop outstanding fines and reimburse those who have paid fines except where self-quarantine rules were broken. This is one of a series of moves to compensate people in the wake ofo falling real incomes. Here in Sweden, lots of police lost personal belongings when moslems torched their squad cars during the Easter Riots this year. The police agency has decided that the officers have no right of reimbursement.
