Here are some of the things that Canadian Senator Michael MacDonald said on hidden camera…
“Oh, I hear this all the time – ‘They’re in our city’ – It’s everybody’s fucking city. This is the capital of the country. It’s not your god damn city just because you have a six-figure salary and you work 20 hours a week. . .I’m so sick of the entitlement of this country and this fucking city, and their bullshit nonsense, calling people bigots and racists and everything else. This is so unfair.”
Like… yeah. That’s just objectively true. Glad to see at least someone is not mincing words about it. Too bad he is only willing to say it when he thinks no one is looking.
I saw a video (sorry can’t find a link) where Doug Ford stated it would be political suicide to speak against the health minister’s orders. bonnie liarface henry (B.C. health minister) said something to that effect in her autobiography, saying that in order to keep her job she has to go along (not sure who her master is). No one in politics has the people’s backs, they have their own backs and that’s it.
They don't have their own backs though, they have only slavery to look forward to when the sovereign governments are destroyed, probably not even better shoes to wear than the people they are selling out now. There will be nothing to preserve for oneself at the very rapid rate first world nations are going down the toilet !
Your comment got the gist of what Ford said. He referred to the Chief Public Health Officers in the various provinces, meaning the b'crats, not the elected MPs who serve as Health Ministers. The significance of this clarification, ZenZebra, is that even the Cabinet member responsible for the health department absurdly deferred to the head of this unit despite that head not being a 'top doctor' but just another public servant. It turned servant into master.
Thanks for the clarification! Makes it even worse, that ultimately we’re following medical orders from a public servant. 🤡 It’s all such a circus.
- Just read your Substack post explanating how our parliamentary system has failed us. Great explanation! (subscribed) Looking forward to the answer to the question your post ended with 🧐
Harper fucked us over for generations with his morally admirable but terrible realpolitik policy of not appointing unelected Senators -- this Liberals own the Senate for the forseeable future, there's no way they don't fall in line.
I wonder if he realises that he would gain far more votes and support by being this plain on camera instead? Just lay off the cussing, use colourful phrases creatively instead.
Let's hope and pray he reflects the opinion of most Senators.
Apparently he broke the first rule of anti-wokeness and apologized.
🤦 nobody in politics seems to have any principles or courage.
Sounds a lot like DC. And this comes with the territory of living in the capitol city. Entitled, indeed. The left.

I agree, these people are very short sighted.

Blessings upon you, friend.

Hopefully the Senators understand this and vote differently to how the House of Commons voted last night...

Ottawa is more my city than traitors to sovereign nation of Canada 🇨🇦
And I'm not Canadian
Thank you so much for this Jestre. I have a lot of anger that I need to harness.
